Welcome to Magic Belot – a new spin on the classic 4-player card game Belot.

Here’s a quick overview of how to play and what’s different in Magic Belot.


🎯 Objective

  • Play in teams of two (2 vs 2).
  • Win tricks, announce combinations, and score points.
  • First team to reach 151 points wins.

🃏 Gameplay Phases

  1. Dealing – Each player receives their cards.
  2. Announcing – Players bid to set the trump suit or select “No Trumps” / “All Trumps”.
  3. Playing – Take turns playing cards. Follow suit, play trumps when needed, and try to win tricks.
  4. Scoring – Count points from tricks and announcements.

In Magic Belot, each player can use one Magic Card per game during the announce phase:

🏆 Winning

The team with the highest score at the end of the game wins.

  • Reach 151 points first.
  • Or dominate with a perfect “capot” (winning all tricks).
